A tracer study is a powerful tool that would determine if the School Program mission has been attained and is reflected upon graduates employability, thus, this study aimed to determine the distribution of nursing graduates of Far Eastern University Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation (FEU-NRMF) from 2014-2020 in terms of employment and its engagement to other activities. The study used a descriptive method, data gathered through a questionnaire from 200 respondents, and statistically treated using frequency, proportions, percentage, mean, and ranking. The results revealed that the graduates’ self-academic rating is good and the school-acquired skills and competencies contributed greatly to their job performance. For the employment status among the graduates: seventy-five (75%) of the respondents are employed while ten percent (10%) are underemployed. Fifteen percent (15%) of the respondents are unemployed.
